These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student,” “Learner,” or “User”) and Express Tech Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing our website (expressteck.tech) and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Student Accounts & Eligibility

To access courses and student dashboards, you must register for an account with accurate and verifiable details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Each account is strictly for individual personal use; sharing account credentials or facilitating unauthorized group access is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. Course Enrollment & Lifetime Access License

Upon completing enrollment and confirming payment for a course or bundle:

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access, view, and complete the course videos, lessons, quizzes, and practical assignments.
“Lifetime Access” grants ongoing access to the purchased curriculum materials for as long as the course remains available on the platform, including any future curriculum updates issued by the Academy for that track.
You may download supplemental source code, templates, and reference cheat-sheets designated for offline practice, strictly for personal educational use.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy Protection

All video lectures, audio recordings, curriculum syllabi, assignments, code walkthroughs, design graphics, branding, and proprietary assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Express Tech Academy and its authoring instructors.

Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, rip, record, distribute, resell, sublicense, broadcast, re-upload to video platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Mega, Google Drive), or create derivative commercial works from any Express Tech Academy content. Violations will be prosecuted under applicable national and international copyright law.

4. Pricing, Payments & Currencies

Course prices are clearly displayed in supported currencies (USD, NGN, CAD, GBP, GHS, KES, ZAR, and others) using verified real-time exchange rates. Tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify pricing, launch promotional discounts, or retire coupons at our discretion without retroactive adjustments.

5. Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing world-class, practical tech training. If you encounter technical issues accessing your purchased courses, our engineering support team is available 24/7 to resolve them. Due to the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, streaming bandwidth, and downloadable assets, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course lectures have been viewed and no certificate has been generated.

6. Completion Certificates

Verifiable Express Tech Academy certificates of completion are issued only when a student achieves 100% curriculum completion and passes required milestone quizzes. Certificates attest to practical coursework completed and do not constitute formal university degrees.

7. Limitation of Liability & Educational Disclaimers

Express Tech Academy provides high-impact skills training in tech, finance, design, and digital creation. While our courses are built around real-world market demands, the Academy does not guarantee specific employment offers, revenue milestones, or investment returns. You agree to use the skills acquired responsibly and ethically.
